Concert Schedule
Setup (anyone is welcome to come, Julie would appreciate the help): 11:00 AM
NUYCO On Stage Rehearsal Call Time: 1:30 (1:45 at the very latest)
NUYCO On Stage Rehearsal: 2:00 - 3:00 PM
Volunteer Check-in and Ushers Arrive: 2:15 PM
Audience Seating Begins: 2:30 PM
Call Time for the Concert Performers: 3:00 PM
CONCERT: 3:30 PM
We need one more auditorium usher and two cleanup crew people. Sign up here! Over half of the current volunteers are from NUYCO, which is super awesome! I told the NUYS manager and she said, "I hope your NUYCO parents become NUYS parents!" Thanks for stepping up here. We sure appreciate it.
