Precaution Updates for NUYCO

Hi families! Thanks for your response to the survey I sent out on Monday. Because of those results, we are making a few changes.

1. Masks will be required for all NUYCO participants. Please wear your mask to the best of your ability, and please do not judge or condemn anyone whose ability is different than yours. 

2. We will sit three to six feet apart.

3. We recommend not carpooling.

4. Rehearsals will be on Saturday mornings from 9:45 to 11:15. This will avoid congestion with NUYS, who will be in the same building, hallways, and bathrooms as NUYCO. However, we will be in separate rehearsal spaces and will break at different times. Contact will be minimal.

Thanks for your patience as we sorted this out. Remember - the priority deadline for audition videos is THIS Saturday, August 22!  Auditions will be accepted after that date, and in fact are ongoing throughout the year, but seating may not be optimal since the process of making seating assignments will have already begun. Rehearsals will begin on September 12!

NUYCO Precautions Survey

Hello, NUYCO families! Because of recent conversations I've had with parents and adult leadership, I've created this VERY SHORT anonymous survey asking for your opinion on the upcoming season, regarding COVID-19 and precautions we will take.
