It's time to register our audience! Please read this whole email, and contact me if you have any questions, and get your guests to fill out the form. I've heard other groups could only have 2 spectators, so the fact that we are doing 4 is pretty cool.Please note this is 4 spectators PER FAMILY and not PER PERFORMER. The auditorium is smaller than our previous venue, so this is the best solution I could come up with. Thank you!

Setup: 11:00 amNUYS On-Stage Rehearsal: 11:30 am to about 1:45 pmNUYCO On-Stage Rehearsal: 2:00 to 3:00 pmVolunteer check-in & ushers arrive 2:15 pmAudience seating begins: 2:30 pmCall time for the concert: 3:00 pmCONCERT: 3:30 pm
Audience registration:
The audience will be pre-registered in groups of up to 4 people. Each family may have 4 seats with an option to request more seats in the comments (this is a change from last time when we said each performer). We will let you know the week of the concert if the extra seats you requested will be available to you.If a family has no spectators coming to the concert, we still need you to fill out the form and choose "0" for your number. Then we know you have responded and that your seats are available for others. That was a missing aspect of our registration last time. Thank you for your cooperation! You are wonderful!
Volunteers:
Please let me know if you have questions. If you have a question, others probably have that question too. 🎵You can volunteer to check in the audience, usher (and mark the map), and also to clean up, at this volunteer spreadsheet link.Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
