Greetings! 

Reminder: 

All-Star concert, tonight, 7pm, at Abravanel Hall. Plenty of tickets at the door. A most inspiring concert, including Krystell, Clay, Josh, Travis and Garrett! You will love it. :)

Survey: 

I created a survey and posted it on the website before the last concert and then TOTALLY forgot to invite you to fill it out.

So, will you fill it out? It's for anyone: Parents, Musicians, Audience Members, People planning to play this fall.

• The party is A WEEK FROM SATURDAY. 
  
• May 30, 2015, 12 pm until we are tired
  
• Where: 2800 S 1200 W, Perry
  
• Bring: A treat or snack to share; there will be some food provided, but just bring your favorite thing.
  
• Who: Anyone in NUYS this year, or looking into next year, or who was in NUYCO, parents (invited but not required), conductors, conductors' daughters, etc.
  
• Why: Because we love to have fun!

Greetings! 

Each year we apply to George S & Dolores Dore Eccles Foundation for a grant. Part of this grant is feedback from our members and others who are involved with the organization. If you came to a concert, played in an orchestra, or participated in any way, you are eligible for (imaginary) chocolate for filling out this survey. 

Please take a few minutes to fill this out. You'll get a chance to answer questions about the name of the orchestra, what you liked best during the year, etc. And you'll help us with the grant writing!

Greetings!

It was a great concert, and a great year! Thanks to everyone for your hard work and dedication this year... This includes musicians, parents, audience members, graduating seniors (BOO HOO! I will miss you!), private teachers, section specialists, conductors, board members, dinner & silent auction helpers, chaperons, our party host, and everyone in between!

May you have a wonderful summer. I sure hope to see all of you next year, or around town if you are graduating!

Last request

As announced in our concert, LYS is currently preparing to find a new conductor. If you have any suggestions or connections, please contact me. We will begin our search in the next week or so and will run an audition orchestra sometime this summer.

A big public THANK YOU to Robert Bott for his untiring efforts in our behalf, and all the fun we've had with him! We will miss you, Rob!
