SERVICE PROJECT

The party is 12:30-1 tomorrow. Come celebrate a great year!

CONCERT

April 25, 7:00 pm, Bear RIver High School. Enter through the SE doors, turn right, and you will see signs for the orchestra room where your cases will go and you can warm up. 

NUYCO sound check - be there at 4:10 in concert dress. Sound check begins at 4:30 and we only have a few minutes. The NUYCO photo will be taken at 5:10. The big group photo (with NUYS and NUYWE) will be taken at 6:30. So you need to be in BRHS from 4:30-5:30, and then again at 6:30 until the concert ends. 

Concert dress = white shirt, black pants/skirt, BLACK SOCKS, BLACK SHOES, non-distracting tie (boys)

STUDENT COUNCIL
Next year we are forming a student council. This council will allow kids to have a chance to plan activities, help at retreat, share insights on things pertaining to the symphony, and gain valuable leadership experience. If you are interested, please send me a message.

Hi families!

Rehearsal as usual on Saturday, 10:30-12. We are rehearsing our NUYWE collaborative piece from 11:30-12 so please be sure to attend!

Please bring your permission slip and money for Tour on Saturday.

End of Year Party and Service Project

Service project: April 20, 11:30-12:30
We are excited to be doing some landscape maintenance as a service project for Promontory School of Expeditionary Learning. We are grateful for the generous support the school and staff has given to our Ensembles and it's time to return the support.

Please bring your own shovels, rakes, gloves and a bucket to help pull weeds, ect. We are asking the kids to help from 12-12:30, but parents are welcome to come anytime throughout the morning.

End of year party: April 20, 12:30-1:00
We are excited to host our end of year party for our musicians. They have worked so hard this year and we will miss them over the summer. We are collecting monetary donations for the food if anyone is willing to contribute. You can pass along contributions to staff on Saturday rehearsals or through our give butter account.

Rehearsal

Hi families!

We look forward to seeing all of you at rehearsal tomorrow! In the past we have accommodated rehearsals for LDS General Conference but are not doing that this year. We will have normal rehearsal, 10:30-12. If your member will be absent for any part of that, remember to fill out the attendance form (on our website and linked at the bottom of this email). 

Remember to turn in your permission slip and payment for Tour! Can't wait!
