Concert Day Details
I hope you all noticed that I just sent out a press release for the concert. Do forward it to friends and family. In addition, here is a link to the facebook event that you can also share around.
Here is a schedule for Saturday, November 16, 2019, at Ogden High School, 2828 Harrison Blvd, Ogden:
10:30 am set up11:00 am to 1:15 pm NUYS Dress Rehearsal (Dress rehearsal just means "on the stage" - you can change during the break, if you like)1:30 pm to 2:30 pm NUYCO Dress Rehearsal (NUYS break for lunch & changing clothes)2:30 pm call time for the concert3:00 pm concert
This concert is at Ogden High School. We appreciate their having us back each year to perform in their gorgeous auditorium. It's a restored treasure from another era.
The school is a city school, and parking can be tricky. In the picture below, the orange areas are parking areas. The best entrances for the auditorium are on the south side of the school (lower part of the map below). Please warn your guests to allow plenty of time to find parking.
Dress Code
As this is our first performance, it is also good to mention our dress code. Ladies wear all black. Men wear black slacks, black suit jacket, black socks (long enough to cover the ankle when sitting), a BLACK BOW TIE, and a white dress shirt.For the official description, click here. I'm sure there will be more to communicate, and of course, I will send our weekly Thursday email about this Saturday's rehearsal.
Reminder that we still need sponsors. If you hooked us up with one last year, how about asking them again? It's a great cause!
