How many checks do I need to write?
You may combine your membership fee and your retreat payment into one check, but if you are paying a tour deposit, the tour deposit must be a separate check from your membership and retreat. Be sure to write specifics in the memo.
When should I arrive this Saturday?
I can't come to the parent meeting. What should I do?You should arrive at least 15 minutes before rehearsal to pick up your music and find your seat, and to help set up.
Be sure to turn in your paperwork (acceptance, release and payment form) and payment by the deadline. Any questions are welcome.
I'm not sure I'm coming to the retreat.
The retreat is not optional; we expect everyone that possibly can to come to the retreat. The retreat is fun, but it's mostly about intensive rehearsal. We squeeze three rehearsals in among the games, food, skits and fun. Those rehearsals are quite important. Even if you're not sure if you're going to be able to attend the whole thing, turn in your permission slip anyway, just in case. I have had students come just for the rehearsals, but there's a lot of driving involved to do that. :)
