LYS Saturday Report for October 9, 2010

Greetings!
This is Julie Gardner, 435.723.8262, GJulieKay@gmail.com.
Please contact me with any questions, or, as usual, with attendance issues.

Today's rehearsal:
We had a good rehearsal today! Thank you for your time.

Thanks to those awesome people who always let me know about their conflicts. Email is a miracle because you can send it whenever you need to, even in the middle of the night!

Rob and I need to ask you a big favor: Please be sure to let us know if you must (under extraordinary circumstances) leave early or arrive late. It will help us schedule our rehearsal time more productively. It can be very frustrating when key parts are missing!

Thanks for your commitment to the youth symphony! Let's be sure to do our best to set aside this time as productive. Let's arrive early and stay to the end! Extraordinary circumstances ought to be just that... Extraordinary! :)

Fall Break:
There is no rehearsal next week, October 16. It is fall break. We wish you all a great family weekend!

Calendar in the Near Future:
October 23, 30, November 6, 13: Regular Rehearsals, 9-11:15 am, ACYI.

November 13: Concerto Auditions. If you have a prepared piece or you have a friend who does, please consider auditioning to be one of our soloists for Concerto Night. Please refer to the press release below.

November 20: Dress Rehearsal at BEMS, 9-11am

November 20: Concert at BEMS, 7pm (arrival time: 6:30pm)

Gotta love this editor. I went in to change two dates and the color of the text went all whack-o!
