Hello families! Thank you for the *stellar* attendance at the parent meeting on Thursday. Maestro West and I really appreciate it!
This is a recap of the meeting. Even if you attended, please read this as it may remind you of actions you need to take. :)
1. Retreat! I will need help. If you have decided after the meeting that you would like to help or chaperone, please let me know! Please watch for more details.
2. Membership fee: $140
Retreat fee: $35
Please pay as soon as you can. Thanks for your support! You can pay cash or check, send it to rehearsal, and give it to me, or you can pay online for a small service fee.
3. You can volunteer with us!
** Join the board. If you are interested in expressing your opinion and offering your perspective in a monthly board meeting in person (north east Brigham City) or on Zoom on the 3rd Monday of each month at 5:30 pm, please send me a brief statement about yourself, any musical background, and why you want to serve.
** We would love someone with musical experience to put together our concert programs. Reach out if this is something you would enjoy.
** We also need photographers at concerts, set up and take down before and after concerts, party planning and set up, and many more!
4. You can support us in other ways!
** Buy grocery certificates. This is like a gift card to Kent's and Smith's (and any other Kroger or Food Club stores). This helps us out so much! If you are interested in using this simple fundraising solution, please call Naomi Miles at 435.723.7617.

5. Sponsorship! Another way to support us with your money. :) This can be done by a business, individual, or family. The sponsorships pay for our performance venues, which cost us anywhere from $350 to $1000. Any amount, big or small, helps. If you are interested, send me an email! 6. Remember to always fill out the attendance form if you will miss a rehearsal! It's linked at the bottom of every email.
7. The first concert is November 11 at 7 pm at Ogden High School. We will have a sound check before that, so plan on arriving after 4 ... final time to be decided.

September 29: Normal rehearsal, 4:30-6
October 6: NO REHEARSAL
October 7-8: Retreat at Camp Earley!
