Rehearsal Time - important reminder
This Saturday's rehearsal is on the EARLY SCHEDULE. We start at 8 am and run until 10 am. We did announce this last Saturday and it has been on the calendar from the beginning, so hopefully everyone has internalized the message.
Rehearsal Plan
This Saturday our goal is to give everyone a better overview of the music, see how everyone fits together, and gain more confidence in what you need to practice. So we will be together the whole time - no sectionals. We will begin with Beethoven, and we have decided to ONLY play the first movement of the Beethoven 6th Symphony, at least for this concert. We will also be sightreading a new piece, Hatikvah by Eliot Del Borgo. I (Julie) think you'll like it.Here is the order of the rehearsal. If you do NOT play in the Beethoven 1st movement, you may sneak in at 8:30 am instead of beginning rehearsal at 8.7:30 doors unlock8:00 rehearsal begins
