Just a notification that we have adjusted the time of the concert on April 26th.
Everything is 1/2 hour later. This has been adjusted on the online calendars, the previous blog post, and on Facebook.
The schedule April 26th, 2019, at Box Elder High School, will look like this:
3:30 pm, Set up begins
4:30 to 6:00 pm, Rehearsal for Youth Symphony
5:45 to 7:00 pm, Rehearsal for Chamber, (notice the overlap!)
7:00 pm, Formal Photo for Chamber (wear concert attire to rehearsal)
7:00 pm, Call time for the concert7:30 pm, Concert begins
8:45 pm (or whenever the concert is over), Formal Photo for Youth Symphony
4:30 to 6:00 pm, Rehearsal for Youth Symphony
5:45 to 7:00 pm, Rehearsal for Chamber, (notice the overlap!)
7:00 pm, Formal Photo for Chamber (wear concert attire to rehearsal)
7:00 pm, Call time for the concert7:30 pm, Concert begins
