Just a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline for turning in the Acceptance, Release and Payment form. Thank you to all who have already done this.
Forms:
With our retreat coming up in just 3 weeks, don't forget your retreat forms tomorrow. There is a permission slip, and also an optional food suggestions form included at the bottom of the general information sheet. I automatically count everyone as "going" unless they tell me otherwise. Some people have already talked to me.
Important Food Announcement & Inquiry:
Our food committee head cooks from last year have discovered they will be unable to cook for the retreat this year. We have two options: Find someone else, or hire the Camp UTABA staff to provide the food for us. If there is anyone out there willing or able to feed upwards of 80 people for 24 hours, please contact me asap. (The camp kitchen is not available to us if we cater our own meals.)However, we are not opposed to working with the camp staff for our menu needs, so don't feel too badly if you can't help out. I will have to know ASAP to coordinate our plans with them.
