Two questions... And Thanks for a Great Year!

Greetings!

I just had to write and thank you for a great year! The concert last night was so fun, and it was really cool to squeeze everyone on stage for that final number. I hope you felt as if you were a part of something bigger than yourself; I know I did! I love being a thread in the tapestry of an orchestra. We've done some new things this year: a new conductor and our first ever retreat. We continue to move onward and upward!

A huge thank you to all your incredibly supportive parents!

Thanks to all the musicians who worked so hard! We will miss the seniors who have given so much to this orchestra. We look forward to seeing new leadership next season, and to hearing how everyone does as they move toward new horizons.

I do have two questions. You can help us make things better by answering them. Either reply to this email, or go to the blog and submit a comment:
  1. What was best about this year? What was best about your LYS experience? What was best?
  2. What could have been better about this year? What could have been better about your LYS experience? What could have been better?
Thanks again for all your hard work, your dedication, your friendship, and you great whack-em skills! It's been a stupendous year and I can't believe it's over!

If anyone got a good photo or two after the concert, please send them on to me! :)

PS If you did not turn in your music, you know who you are... Please make arrangements to get it to me asap. :) Thanks!
