NUYWE Rehearsal

Hi families!

Retreat was so fun on Saturday. Thanks to all of you for coming and helping and making it great!

Regular rehearsal on Saturday, 9:30-10:30

Concert Info
Date: Nov. 6th (THIS WEDNESDAY)
Time: 7pm
Location: Bear River High School, 1450 S Main St, Garland Ut
Call Time: 5:00
Sound Check will finish by 5:40. You can leave the school until 6:30, but you must be back by then.

The auditorium at Bear River High is on the SE corner of the building. Enter through those doors, the warm up room will be the orchestra room. Turn right when you come into the building and walk down the hall and the orchestra room is on the right. There will be people around to direct you.

We're in need of help!!!! We will be there at 4 to begin setting up the stage and pulling in the percussion. Last year we had help from Jayme to get things set up on the stage(especially the percussion), but she is busy this year and can't be there. If you live in the Tremonton area we would love some help to get things set up. Please sign up on the sheet linked above so we can plan accordingly. We could also use some help to take down the chairs and percussion.

NEXT WEEK, October 26, is our Retreat! If you can't come to Retreat, you will miss out on the equivalent of two rehearsals. It's super important. If you had previously decided you couldn't come but now you would like to come, let me know! For those coming, meet at the Brigham Academy Center with your instrument at 9 am. We will provide breakfast and lunch. Pick up is at 4 pm.

Remember to pay and turn in any forms you haven't turned in yet.

I sent a lot of texts this week reminding about forms and payments, so please remember to take care of those ASAP!

We strongly encourage participation in the school orchestra and band programs. Students can't participate in All State or Solo and Ensemble without being in their school program, so it's an awesome experience!

Our grocery card fundraiser is ongoing. You can fill out this form and then use your card just like you would a gift card. Thanks for the support!

Remember to fill out the absence form if you'll be gone. But please, please, please come!

NUYCO Rehearsal tomorrow!

Hello families!

Priorities - medical forms and tuition. If you haven't submitted one or both of those, please do so tomorrow or communicate with me about your plans.

We have regular rehearsal tomorrow, 9:30-11. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Retreat - October 26, 9 am - 4 pm. This will be one of our only chances to rehearse our combined NUYCO and NUYWE concert piece together, so please make it a priority to attend!

We are selling Smith's and Kent's gift cards as a fundraiser for our programs. Fill out this form to let us know how many you would like and then pick them up at Saturday rehearsals. You can bring cash or check when you pick them up or we will have a QR code to pay with a credit card. The more gift cards we sell, the more money we get! And you're not out any money. It's money that you would normally spend at the grocery store.
