Concerto Audition Results

Thank you to everyone who auditioned today! What an inspiring morning. 

Thank you to Boyd Edwards, Jennie Evans and Valerie Neslen for taking on the role of adjudicator. We are forever grateful to you for making the difficult decisions today.

Thank you to all the accompanists! Orchestral reductions are stinkers and you are all amazing. 

We want you to know that the decision of the judges was difficult. They want me to pass on to you that they were truly inspired by your performances, all the hard work and dedication that goes into this, and that everyone had truly sublime moments today. 

Whether or not you are on the final list, you are all invited to perform a piece of your choice on our Recital Night, January 14, 2017, 6:30 pm at the Brigham City Tabernacle.

NUYS 2016-2017

Greetings wonderful folks!

The NUYS Audition tab is updated and ready to use. All musicians are asked to fill out the participant information form on a yearly basis. In today's electronic world, phone numbers and emails tend to change. Thank you for your assistance with this! There is also a link to the audition appointment spreadsheet. Let's fill it up... tell your friends! 

If you played with us last year and did not graduate, you are receiving this email because I kept you from last year. If you do not want to be on this list, just reply to this email and let me know. 

Welcome to new musicians who have already filled out the participant form! It's going to be a great year!

Please stay tuned for additional information. The calendar is still being filled in as we are still negotiating venues for all our concerts. If you have a connection to, or attend a school with a nice big stage in their auditorium that might be able to host a concert in November, please contact me.

We'll see you all on September 17 for auditions, and Sept 24 for the first rehearsal followed by our parent meeting.
